Description
This is a botanical illustration of a "Gaura Lindheimeri" plant. It was drawn or "painted" in colored pencils for the front of a seed packet sold by Botanical Interests. It is a white flowering, shrub-like plant called a Butterfly Gaura (Gaura lindheimeri). Colored pencils are fun to work with, but I sometimes think my pencil work still looks the same as my watercolor works!
