Desert Landscape Watercolor Long Sleeve T-Shirt

This is a watercolor painting called "Desert Plants, Smooth." Often, a desert seems barren, but there is always a surprising variety of plants in any desert region. Shrubs, grasses, cacti, and small plants abound, although they may seem brown and dry.

My name is Karla Beatty. I am a painter and an illustrator for books, magazines, and the internet. My work covers a wide range of topics: landscapes, portraits, gardens, botanicals, travel, urban sketching, and more. Most of my work is in oils, acrylics, watercolors, graphite, carbon dust, and digital images. Much of my art is connected to travel adventures and experiences. A good portion of my paintings are created on location or plein air.
